We strive to make all our customers happy. However, if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your product, we have a solution. Our refund policy is simple. If you do not receive your order, or it is not as described, just send a refund request to - dazzlenowofficial@gmail.com . 

 We value our customers very much and strive to give you a hassle-free shopping experience here at DazzleNow so you will be issued a full refund for your order as soon as we receive your refund request and you also get to keep the delivered order with yourself.If an order has been shipped and a refund request put in after, only 15% of your order amount will be refunded.


If there's any issues with your order, let us know about it within 5 days of receiving your package or refunds will not be initiated. 

 All refunds will be initiated to the credit card used to make the purchase.

If PayPal was used, a refund of the full/partial amount will be initiated to the PayPal account used to make the purchase.
